The Sun System® 1 DE ballast(s) is compatible with both MH and HPS lamps, and is also Etelligent™ compatible, featuring signal ports for on/off/dimming functions with the Sunsystems wired controller.
With an advanced 105 kHz microprocessor, the Sun System® 1 is specifically designed to drive DE lamps at sustained peak performance. Its thermally optimized non-air cooled aluminum housing eliminates the need for a cooling fan, while internal ballast programming protects against open circuit, short circuit, over/under voltage, or high temperature exposure, with a built-in circuit breaker for added safety.
This ballast offers dimmable/selectable wattage, turbo, and built-in green LED lights for easily identifying self-diagnostic performance codes. Additionally, the low current and staggered ignition delay feature prevent circuit inrush overload and protect the lamp, ensuring increased lumen maintenance.
