Submersible Pumps For Hydroponic Systems
If your running a hydroponic system whether it's drip, EBB, flood and drain, nft or dwc you will need a submersible water pump to pump the nutrient solution to the roots. Buying a quality and most of all reliable water pump is essential as having no water hit the roots for a day or two, or even a few hours can drastically damage the plants or worst case scenario - kill them.
Luckily, here at The Hippie House we make getting a quality hydroponic water pump easy. We stock leading brands such as Aqua One, Pond One and GL water pumps. All are quiet to run and are made with anti-corrosive and acid-resisting components which are needed when running it within a nutrient solution.
We have various sizes from smaller 3.5 watt pumps that will move 140 litres of water per hour. These are perfect for smaller bucket systems with 1-2 plants. If your running a larger reservoir or tank we also have 4800 l/h pumps that will run larger systems. We also have multiple sizes in between the 140L/H and the 4800L/H so you'll be sure to find a suitable size for your hydroponic system.
All our submersible water pumps come with full in house warranties and are shipped directly from Queensland. We also carry all the pots, reservoirs, testing and measuring equipment, tubing/pipes and irrigation fittings that you may need to complete your system.
