sorry to feedback that the satya white sage cones have been consistently a "fizzle". they do not light easily and then just snuff out after a minute or two! pity really as its a nice sage scent...when i can get it to burn!
Hi Sara, The most common reason incense doesn’t burn properly is moisture absorption, which can happen if they’ve been exposed to rain or humidity. We recommend placing the box in the sun for an hour or two—this should help them dry out and burn correctly again. Another possibility is that the burner you’re using is too enclosed, restricting airflow and limiting the oxygen needed for proper burning.
