Krishna Musk from Songs of India is a perfume that is designed to sing to you. The heady musk perfume is associated with the eternal lover, the philosopher and the flute player Lord Krishna of the Indian diaspora. It represents all the qualities associated with Krishna, of wisdom, of playfulness, power and knowledge. The perfume is a bouquet of several essential oils predominant of which are sandalwood and the warm, spicy and heady musk. This oil based perfume when rubbed on to the skin, lasts for a long time and releases its fragrances slowly and continuously through the day. Close your eyes and take a deep breath, let the fragrance titillate your senses, if you are lucky, you may hear Krishna play his flute.
Our Song Of India perfume oils are a high concentrated perfume which means the scent is long lasting. They have beautiful fragrances and the older they get the more pleasant the fragrance becomes. The Song Of India perfumes are unique in this way as they mature over time - just like a fine wine. All our bottles have already matured for around 3-7 years.
Furthermore, these perfumes are a natural perfume made from non-alcoholic ingredients and materials. A healthy choice from the traditional perfumes and deodorants that are made with alcohol or aluminium.
This is the only type of Krishna Musk perfume oil I've ever found. It's been my favourite fragrance for about years. So beautiful.
I Received quickly, Very pleased. Krishna Musk is the smell of nurturing comforting love, Thank you!
I’m new to this brand and this scent. It is to die for!! Perfect blend of earthiness. Hard to describe because I don’t know all the terms but the description is correct - it’s sandalwood and musk and (I’m assuming) other super gorgeous (perfectly blended!) notes. Not vanilla or anything sweet, though - just earthy. I smell amaaazing!! And I must say…I LOVE Hippie House. Customer service is the best in Australia. Seriously. 🤗
I've been buying Song of India Krishna Musk since the 90s. I loved it so much I bought a large stash several years ago and it has lasted me up till now. My latest purchase from Amazon Prime was a low grade oil that was not the same so I returned it. I ordered from Hippie House hoping I would get the original product I was used to. Sadly this is the same thing I got from Amazon Prime. It's not the real thing, but an artificial oil that doesn't hold a candle. If you are used to what Krishna Musk used to be, I would not recommend this. If you are new to the product, you may like it. I'm going to give it away because it is too much trouble to send it back from the US.
