Easy to use, you can set this timer to have up to 12 on and 12 off programs per day with 24 X allowed allocations inside each program to switch on and off from 1 to 59 second intervals if desired. (For example 15 X watering per day for 12 seconds each water, only when the lights are on can be programmed)
This timer was advertised for one second intervals but don't seem to be able to program it to do so
