Returns + Warranty

Returns;

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase from The Hippie House. If for some reason you aren't happy with what was received or the item is no longer suitable we do offer 30 day returns. So once the product is received you can send it back within 30 days for a refund. The item / items must be in the original condition and unused. There is also a 10% restocking fee on returns.

If you'd like to arrange a return please reach out to our support team who will help get it organised for you. 

Warranty;

*only refers to items that attain a manufacturer warranty*

Warranty claims are subject to the proper use and care, in accordance with the instruction manual's accompanied with each product.

Warranty claims can be facilitated by The Hippie House with the respective manufacturer/s. At their discretion goods may be credited, replaced or repaired with or without additional charges.

Warranty will not apply in the event of damage caused by accident, misuse, negligence or normal wear and tear. In these instances, issues should be sorted directly with the respective manufacturer/s.

To make a valid warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period and we will gladly help you get back up and running.

Incorrect or damaged items;

Every item is checked and packaged with care. If, however, your order has reached you in an unsatisfactory or faulty condition, please contact us promptly to discuss your concerns.

Note: The Hippie House reserves the right to amend this Return Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, The Hippie House and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
