Product Introduction

The VIVOSUN 4x4 Smart Grow Tent Kit combines lighting, ventilation, filtration and intelligent environmental control in one complete indoor grow system. Built around a 48 x 48 x 80 inch grow tent, the kit includes a 500W LumaLight full-spectrum LED grow light, GrowHub E42A+ smart controller, 6-inch AeroZesh G6 inline fan, carbon filtration and a useful range of growing accessories.

The upgraded tent uses 1680D Oxford fabric with a hexagon-pattern reflective Mylar interior, providing a durable, light-controlled growing space. The LumaLight 500W is designed for 4 x 4 ft coverage, while the AeroZesh G6 provides up to 388 CFM of airflow, giving the major components appropriate capacity for this tent size.

At the centre of the setup is the GrowHub E42A+, which connects compatible lighting and ventilation equipment to the VIVOSUN App for easier monitoring, scheduling and control. Temperature, relative humidity and VPD can also be monitored, helping growers keep a closer eye on conditions inside the growing environment.

Smart GrowHub Control

The included VIVOSUN GrowHub E42A+ Smart Controller provides a central control point for compatible equipment in the grow tent.

Using a 2.4 GHz WiFi connection and the VIVOSUN App, the E42A+ enables compatible devices to be monitored and adjusted remotely from a smartphone. Its environmental sensing system tracks temperature, relative humidity and VPD, while the external probe helps monitor conditions away from the controller itself.

With the included LumaLight and AeroZesh equipment connected, growers can manage functions such as lighting intensity, lighting schedules and inline fan operation. The controller also supports automated operation and VIVOSUN Grow Recipes, making it easier to organise equipment behaviour around different stages of an indoor growing cycle.

LumaLight 500W Full-Spectrum LED Grow Light

Lighting is provided by the VIVOSUN LumaLight 500W LED Grow Light, a bar-style full-spectrum fixture designed for 4 x 4 ft grow spaces.

Its spectrum combines 3000K and 5000K white light with 660nm red and 730nm far-red wavelengths, creating a broad full-spectrum output suitable for use throughout an indoor growing cycle. VIVOSUN also uses its Micro-Lens Optic System and arranged light-bar layout to distribute light across the canopy.

VIVOSUN specifies the LumaLight 500W at 845 µmol/m²/s PPFD measured at 12 inches. Manual and GrowHub control provides 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% intensity settings plus OFF, while the VIVOSUN App allows adjustment between 25% and 100%, plus OFF.

The light is rated IP65 and has a stated Q90 lifespan of up to 36,000 hours.

Heavy-Duty 4x4 Grow Tent

The system uses VIVOSUN's upgraded S448 4x4 Standard Grow Tent, measuring 48 x 48 x 80 inches, or approximately 122 x 122 x 203 cm for Australian customers.

The tent is constructed from 1680D tear-resistant Oxford fabric with an internal reflective aluminium/Mylar layer. Its upgraded hexagon-pattern reflective interior is designed to distribute reflected light throughout the enclosed grow area, while the heavy fabric and steel frame provide a stable structure for lighting and ventilation equipment.

Multiple duct and cable openings make it easier to integrate ventilation and environmental-control equipment. A transparent viewing window allows plants to be checked without fully opening the tent, while lower ventilation areas assist with passive air exchange.

6-Inch AeroZesh G6 Ventilation System

Air extraction is handled by the VIVOSUN AeroZesh G6 6-inch inline duct fan. Its PWM-controlled EC motor and mixed-flow design allow airflow to be adjusted according to the ventilation requirements of the grow environment.

The AeroZesh G6 provides a maximum airflow rating of 388 CFM, giving the 4x4 grow tent a capable extraction system for moving warm or humid air through the ventilation path. When connected to the GrowHub E42A+, compatible fan functions can be managed alongside environmental monitoring and lighting controls.

The kit also includes a 6-inch carbon filter and 6-inch ducting, creating a matched extraction and filtration path. Air is drawn from the tent through the carbon filter and ventilation system to help manage airborne odours while maintaining regular air exchange.
