Product Introduction

The VIVOSUN 4x4 Smart Grow Tent Kit PRO combines lighting, ventilation, filtration, circulation and intelligent environmental control in one coordinated indoor grow system. Built around a 48 x 48 x 80 inch PRO grow tent, the package pairs VIVOSUN's 550W AeroLight Gen2 tunable-spectrum LED grow light with a GrowHub E42A+ smart controller, 6-inch AeroZesh T6 inline fan, AeroWave E6 circulation fan, carbon filtration and a useful range of growing accessories.

The upgraded PRO tent uses 2000D Oxford fabric and a highly reflective hexagon-pattern Mylar interior, creating a durable enclosed growing space designed to accommodate lighting, extraction and environmental-control equipment. The 550W AeroLight is designed for 4 x 4 ft coverage, while the T6 inline fan provides up to 408 CFM of extraction airflow.

Alongside extraction, the system includes two additional approaches to air movement: the AeroLight has an integrated circulation fan built into the light fixture, while the AeroWave E6 clip fan provides adjustable canopy-level circulation. Together with GrowHub control, this creates a more integrated lighting and airflow setup than a conventional tent kit assembled from standalone components.

Smart GrowHub Control

The included GrowHub E42A+ Smart Controller acts as the central control point for compatible lighting, circulation and ventilation equipment.

Using 2.4 GHz WiFi and the VIVOSUN App, the GrowHub allows users to monitor the grow environment and adjust compatible equipment remotely. Its temperature and humidity sensing system monitors internal and external conditions, while the controller also displays VPD — Vapour Pressure Deficit — alongside temperature and relative humidity information.

Compatible AeroLight controls include light intensity, spectrum selection, operating cycles and start times. The controller supports Seedling, Vegetative and Flowering spectrum modes, as well as sunrise/sunset control for compatible lighting. Inline fan operation can be configured in manual, cycle or automatic modes, with temperature, humidity and VPD values available as environmental triggers.

The E42A+ includes a 3 metre temperature/humidity sensor probe and is specifically designed to bring compatible VIVOSUN Smart Grow System equipment into one control interface.

AeroLight Gen2 550W Tunable-Spectrum LED Grow Light

Lighting is provided by the VIVOSUN AeroLight 550W, a 2-in-1 LED fixture that combines a tunable-spectrum grow light with an integrated circulation fan. It is designed for a 4 x 4 ft growing footprint, making it appropriately matched to the dimensions of this PRO kit.

The AeroLight provides a tunable full-spectrum output that can be adjusted for different stages of the growing cycle. Through compatible GrowHub control, users can select Seedling, Vegetative or Flowering spectrum modes, allowing the spectral profile to be changed without replacing the fixture. VIVOSUN also specifies constant-power spectrum tuning to help maintain stable light output as the spectrum changes.

The 550W model is rated at 945 µmol/m²/s PPFD at 12 inches with an efficiency of 2.96 µmol/J. Manual or GrowHub dimming provides 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% settings plus OFF, while the VIVOSUN App supports adjustment between 25% and 100%, plus OFF.

Its integrated circulation fan delivers up to 84 CFM, helping move air vertically through the canopy while the light is operating. The fixture carries an IP65 rating and VIVOSUN specifies a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours.

Heavy-Duty 4x4 PRO Grow Tent

The system uses the VIVOSUN P448 PRO Grow Tent, measuring 48 x 48 x 80 inches. This is approximately 122 x 122 x 203 cm when directly converted for Australian customers; VIVOSUN's current technical listing rounds the dimensions to 120 x 120 x 200 cm.

The tent is constructed from rugged 2000D Oxford fabric with a reflective aluminium/Mylar inner layer. VIVOSUN uses a hexagon-pattern reflective surface designed to redistribute light throughout the enclosed grow space, while the blackout construction helps reduce unwanted light leakage.

A steel frame with 22 mm poles provides support for installed equipment. Multiple ventilation and cable openings make it easier to route ducting and environmental-control hardware, while front and side access doors provide practical access to the growing area. A large viewing window allows the interior to be checked without opening the main tent door.

6-Inch AeroZesh T6 Ventilation & Air Circulation System

Primary extraction is handled by the VIVOSUN AeroZesh T6 6-inch inline duct fan. The T6 uses a PWM-controlled EC motor and mixed-flow design, delivering a maximum airflow rating of 408 CFM.

When connected to the GrowHub E42A+, the inline fan can be managed alongside lighting and other compatible equipment. Fan speed, schedules and automated operation can be configured through GrowHub, with temperature, humidity and VPD settings available for environmental response.

The ventilation path includes a 6-inch carbon filter and 6-inch ducting. VIVOSUN's matching T6 filtration system uses RC 412 Australian virgin charcoal rated at 1200+ IAV, while the matching ducting measures 8 ft / 2.44 metres long. This combination helps move stale air from the tent while carbon filtration assists with managing unwanted airborne odours.

This PRO kit also includes the AeroWave E6 Gen2 6-inch clip fan, providing dedicated internal circulation. The E6 delivers up to 320 CFM, features automatic oscillation and supports GrowHub/App control. This supplements both the tent's extraction fan and the circulation fan integrated into the AeroLight fixture.
