TheVIVOSUN VSeed S40 Smart Seedling Box is an all-in-one indoor propagation system designed for seed starting, germination, rooting and cloning. It combines adjustable full-spectrum LED lighting, automated ebb-and-flow irrigation, root-zone heating, active dual-fan ventilation and environmental monitoring inside one compact controlled growing chamber.

Designed around a40-cell seed starter tray, the VSeed S40 measures approximately44 x 27.5 x 32.6 cm and provides up to17 cm of internal grow height. Its built-in4L water reservoir supports automated irrigation, while the clear dome allows growers to monitor developing seedlings without repeatedly opening the growing environment.

Unlike a conventional propagation tray, the VSeed S40 actively manages several important early-growth conditions. Its30W adjustable full-spectrum LED grow light, ThermoFlow root-zone heating, automated irrigation and intake/exhaust ventilation work together to create a more consistent environment for young plants. Smart VIVOSUN App Control

The VSeed S40 is designed as a compact enclosed propagation chamber measuring approximately17.3 x 10.8 x 12.8 inches, equivalent to approximately44 x 27.5 x 32.6 cm.

Inside the chamber is a40-cell seed starter tray, allowing multiple seedlings or clones to be propagated simultaneously within the same controlled environment.

Automated Ebb & Flow Irrigation & ThermoFlow Heating

A key feature of the VSeed S40 is its integratedautomated ebb-and-flow irrigation system.

Rather than relying on repeated manual watering, the system raises water into the propagation tray during an irrigation cycle and then allows it to drain back into the reservoir. This provides moisture to the growing medium while allowing excess water to drain away afterwards.

Under automatic operation, VIVOSUN specifies a10-minute ebb-and-flow irrigation cycle approximately 30 minutes after the grow light turns on.

The internal pump is rated atDC 5V, 2W with a flow rate of 20 gal/h.

The system also incorporates VIVOSUN'sThermoFlow propagation system, which combines water circulation and root-zone heating. A40W heating system warms the circulating water to help maintain a stable root-zone temperature.

The programmable root-temperature setting can be adjusted between approximately20°C and 32°C.

VIVOSUN specifies that at an ambient temperature of15°C, the heating system can increase root-zone temperature by up to approximately10°C.
