If you've got one of our smart gardens you'll need to buy nutrients to ensure your plants get enough food to grow into strong healthy plants. Just like humans plants need food! These growing nutrients are perfect for leafy greens and any plants during the vegetative stage. 

When your smart garden beeps and notifies you that it's time to refill your water you'll need to ensure you add some nutrients with the fresh water. Simply add one satchel or a spoon of nutrients to the water and your all set. If you've got a fresh batch of plants sprouting please ensure the seedlings have come up before adding the nutrients. 

Note: Depending on the type of smart garden you have purchased, you may have to use more or less nutrients. Details are found in the product instruction manual.
