Commonly Asked Questions

Items delivered within Australia are generally delivered within 1-2 weeks, express at 1-3 working days.

Exceptions to these delivery estimates are the t-shirts which we custom print to order down in Melbourne so there is a 4-9 day processing time ontop of those.

There are also special ordered items within our range, it will mention it within the product page and within the cart/checkout if you've selected one of these. These come with free shipping and arrive within 5-12 days.

Items being delivered oversea's vary depending on the country. For example items to NZ are generally delivered within 2-3 weeks while items to USA, UK or Europe generally take 2-4 weeks.

We do try very hard to ship all our products quickly. In most cases items are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. In some situations or during peak periods it may take 2 -3 business days to ship.

* Exceptions to this are the custom printed t-shirts and special ordered items.

We provide easy 30 day returns on our products. Items must be unused and returned in the original condition as they were received in.

There will also be a 10% restocking fee processed on all returns.

We do use calculated shipping rates in our system. This means once you have added your items to the cart and proceeded to the checkout, it will then calculate the costs according to the weight and the distance between the post codes.

If you're new to hydroponics or gardeneing it can be a daunting thing to get your head around, especially when just starting out!

Luckily we have a dedicated in house support team that can help. We can assist with getting the right equipment to suit your needs and then even go one step further and offer our customers ongoing support. This means if you ever get stuck in your indoor or outdoor garden you've always got somewhere and someone to turn too!

We offer a wide range of hydroponic and gardenening supplies as well, starting at the budget equipment and going all the way up to the commercial graded growing equipment. We're also continously expanding our range so you'll always get the latest and greatest products available in the industry.

We have recently launched shipping routes to NZ so we now ship majority (90%) of our items over there. If you have any doubts please reach out with the product's you're interested in and we can provide you with a confirmation on this.

Otherwise you can also just add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout, if the item can't be shipped there you will get an error code.

Special Order products are marked on the product page as "Special Order" along with in the cart and checkout.

These products will be ordered specially for you, or dispatched directly to you from our supplier or factory.

Special Order product conditions:

Not eligible for same-day dispatch - generally they are shipped within 2-3 days.

We can not guarantee the availability of these products although 99.5% of the time there are no issues, if you would like to confirm before ordering you can contact us.

We will not contact you unless there is a delay from the supplier. In this case, we will contact you to find a solution.

These products are fully covered under their manufacturer warranty, and under any condition in the Australia Consumer Law.

Any after-sales issues will be handled by our support team even if the product is shipped directly from our supplier.
